Whoever picks up will know your file.
We are deliberately small. Small enough that whoever picks up can answer your question, and structured so the advisor you meet at the first meeting is the one still holding your file at the fourth renewal.
Who you will actually be working with
You will deal with all of us. The advisor who learns your business is the one who keeps it.
Advisor profiles are being finalised
We would rather show you nothing than show you a page of stock photographs and invented biographies. Profiles for every advisor go up here shortly. In the meantime, get in touch and you will be talking to one of them.
Speak to an advisorThree rules we do not break
Every firm has values on a wall. These three are worth stating because each one costs something to keep — which is the only test that means anything.
01
Say the hard thing early
If your plan is fine, we will tell you. If the increase is justified, we will explain why rather than pretend we can negotiate it away. You should be able to trust a broker who says no.
02
The file does not get handed off
The advisor who wins your business keeps it. No transition to a service team, no annual reassignment, no learning your business from scratch every eighteen months.
03
Cap the book, protect the service
Every advisor carries a capped number of clients. When we are full we say so and refer you on rather than quietly stretching. Turning work away is the only thing that lets the first two rules survive a busy month.
Want your name on this page?
We hire slowly and rarely, and we keep people for a long time. If that sounds like the kind of place you have been looking for, come and see.
Thirty minutes with the advisor who would actually hold your file.
No slide deck, no discovery framework. Tell us what is going on with your plan and we will tell you what we would do about it.
An advisor reads it and replies personally — it does not go to a call centre.
