We market your business. You never get an invoice.
Alongside the benefits practice we run a full marketing capability — strategy, social, design, web and SEO — and we put it to work for our group benefits clients at no charge.
No charge to our group benefits clients.
Backed by over 40 years of experience across these fields.
Five disciplines, one team, no invoice
Take one of them or all five. Scope is agreed before anything starts, and everything we make is yours.
Marketing Strategy
Who you are talking to, what you are saying, and where.
What it includesSocial Media Marketing
Showing up consistently where your customers already are.
What it includesGraphic Design
Everything with your name on it should look like it came from the same place.
What it includesWeb Design & Development
A site that loads fast, reads clearly, and turns visitors into enquiries.
What it includesSEO
Being findable at the moment somebody is looking for what you do.
What it includesNot sure which you need?
Most clients do not arrive knowing. Start with a conversation and we will tell you which one moves the needle first — and which can wait.
Start thereBecause it is the most direct investment we can make in our own book
A free offer that will not explain itself is the kind of thing people are right to distrust. So here is the reasoning.
01
Your growth is our business model
A benefits plan grows when the company under it grows. More people, more coverage, a longer relationship. We would rather spend our time helping clients get bigger than spend it chasing new ones — so the marketing work is not a giveaway, it is the most direct investment we can make in our own book.
02
Small employers rarely have this in-house
The companies we work with are the size where marketing is somebody’s fourth job. There is usually no shortage of ideas — just no time, and no budget line to hand it to an agency. That gap is exactly what this capability fills.
03
It is the same argument as the benefits plan
Attract people, keep people, look like a company worth joining. A careers page nobody can find and a benefits plan nobody understands fail for the same reason. We would rather fix both.
What “free” actually means
Four questions everyone asks, answered before you have to.
- Who is it free for?
- Employers whose group benefits plan we hold. It is not a trial, a loss-leader or a discount that expires — it is part of the relationship for as long as you are a client.
- Is there a catch?
- No invoice and no separate contract. What there is, honestly, is a limit: we are a small team, so scope is agreed before anything starts and we will tell you plainly when something is bigger than we can take on well.
- Do you own what we make together?
- You do. Files, artwork, copy, accounts and domains are yours, in your accounts, and they leave with you if you ever leave us.
- What if we already have an agency?
- Then keep them. We are happy to work alongside an existing agency on the pieces they do not cover, or to stay out of the way entirely. This exists to fill a gap, not to create a turf war.
It comes with the benefits plan
There is no separate sign-up. Employers whose group plan we hold get the marketing capability as part of the relationship — so the place to start is a look at your benefits plan.
Let us look at your benefits plan. Then let us look at your marketing.
Send your renewal and your website. You will get an honest read on both, and you can call us about either.
An advisor reads it and replies personally — it does not go to a call centre.
