Social Media Marketing
Social media rewards consistency far more than cleverness. The account that posts something useful every week beats the one that posts something brilliant every quarter.
No charge to our group benefits clients.
What it actually is
Showing up consistently where your customers already are.
We work out which platforms are genuinely worth your time — often fewer than you are currently on — then build and run a calendar you can sustain. Posts get written and designed, questions get answered, and you get a monthly read on what is working instead of a vanity dashboard.
Best suited to: Employers whose customers or candidates are on social, and whose account has quietly gone dormant.
Inside social media marketing
Take the whole thing or the parts you are missing. Scope is agreed before anything starts.
Channel selection
Where your customers and your future hires actually spend time. For most of the employers we work with that is a short list, and cutting the rest is the first win.
Content calendar
A planned month rather than a scramble on Friday afternoon. Built around what you already do — jobs finished, people hired, things you know that customers do not.
Post design and copy
Written and designed to match everything else that carries your name, so the feed and the front door look like the same company.
Community management
Comments and messages answered promptly. A question left sitting for four days is worse than not posting at all.
Recruitment content
The same channel that wins customers is where candidates check whether you are somewhere worth working. Your benefits plan is a story worth telling there.
Reporting
What reached people, what produced enquiries, and what to do differently next month. Short, and in plain language.
Questions employers actually ask us
No hedging. If the honest answer is “you do not need us for that,” that is the answer you will get.
Fewer than you think. For most employers we work with it is one primary channel done properly plus a second kept ticking over. Spreading across five platforms is the most common way a small team ends up doing all of them badly.
No. Plenty of accounts work on photographs of the work, the team and the finished job. If you are willing to be on camera it usually helps, but it is not a requirement and we will not push it.
You do, in your own logins. We work inside your accounts rather than ours, so nothing is held hostage and nothing has to be rebuilt if we stop.
What this is usually paired with
These five overlap on purpose. Doing one well tends to expose the next.

We would rather help the companies we already look after grow than spend the same hours chasing new ones. There is no separate contract and no invoice.

We will give you an honest read on where it stands and what we would do first — whether or not your plan is with us yet.
